In this file you can find different method to support 64 serial ports in one PC. When we have more and more connection in digital control environment. Generally we may have one PCI card to support 8 serial ports only. So we may need up to 8 PCI cards to support 64 serial ports. You may need special IPC cabinet to support 8 PCI slots. It is complex system structure and not reliable. You can use P1064 card to let one PCI card to support 64 serial ports. Then you can use standard IPC cabinet and have more reliable system.
In this file you can find different application environment for current TWIN232 box user. Because we just discontinue our TWIN232 box manufacture, so we can provide more solution for our TWIN232 box user to maintain their application environment. You may use TWIN232 box as RS232 Ground Isolator now. You may use TWIN232 box as RS232 to Ground isolated RS422/RS485 interface converter. Or you may use both function in more complex application environment.

In this file you can find different consideration to let your current PLC and control panel RS232 connection to add IP network capability. In your current application environment we have RS232 cable to connect PLC with control panel. But RS232 interface may have connection length limitation and IP network do not have connection distance limitation. So we would like to add IP network capability in PLC and control panel connection. Of course we can use IP to serial port converter box to add such capability. But such simple solution may let you to choose only one of RS232 cable or IP network connection. If we need both connection method, then we need to find different solution.
